Makenzie and Garrett are such a joy to be around! They are high school sweethearts and after 10 years of being together, Garrett surprised everyone (even himself he says!) when he popped the question on Memorial Day weekend surrounded by friends and family! They were at the beach, aka their happy place, so of course the beach had to be incorporated into their engagement pictures.

They wanted to wait for slightly cooler temps before booking their engagement session, so we pushed to the end of September. They honestly could not have asked for a better day! Perfect temps, partly cloudy, and a beautiful GLOW!

SO thankful to capture their love story and absolutely cannot wait for their wedding next August at Walnut Creek Country Club.
