Dakota is absolutely as STUNNING as she is sweet! Her smile is so contagious and will light up an entire room! She wanted summer vibes for her senior session, and she definitely brought summer back into this fall weather we’ve been having. That is one of the biggest benefits of a FALL senior session – you’re blessed with slightly cooler temps while simultaneously still having a little of that summer tan, blooms, and it’s still warm enough to wear summer clothes! As we were planning for her session, we decided on New Bern, NC for her session location. New Bern offers such a wide variety of blooms and a beautiful waterfront to give that summer feel.

We had the best time exploring all of downtown New Bern finding the perfect lighting & backgrounds to compliment each outfit. Between her, her mom, and I – we shared LOTS of laughs and made the most special memories while documenting this fleeting season of “lasts”. Although, senior year does come with lots of “lasts,” it’s also just the BEGINNING!

Dakota is one of my senior spokesmodels this year, and I cannot wait to continue watching her flourish this year! She currently cheers at her local high school and plans to pursue an education in . Enjoy a few of my favorites from her fall session.
