Creating intentional, purposeful, and fun photo experiences for graduating seniors and couples on their wedding day.

Every year at family holiday gatherings, when all the kids and the grandkids are under one roof, not only do we shoot skeet and eat delicious food, but we also sneak upstairs to go through all of Gram’s and Poppy’s photo albums, flipping through, laughing at outfits and hairdos, reminiscing on all the good memories, and listening to all the stories that start with, “I remember when…”
In those moments, passing photos around the room I think about how no one will do that in the future with today’s Instagram or Facebook.
Sure, we are constantly sharing photos but there is something different about holding a printed photo in your hands and flipping through pages like a storybook.
Getting a professional photographer and putting aside the time to meet them and have a photo shoot with them is an investment. An investment like that deserves to be showcased in a permanent, quality display. Something you can literally hand down to your kids one day.
The photo albums of today are the family heirlooms of tomorrow, and when you order your albums through me, I make sure they are built with a quality that lasts.
They are opportunities for connection, and I love when my kids flip through our photo albums and say “Look at mommy! Look at daddy!” I look forward to the day when their kids say the same thing about Grandma and Grandpa with that same album.
That’s why albums ordered through me have a Lifetime Guarantee to ensure the quality of your album lasts, well, a lifetime!
With a permanent, true binding; thick, flat lay pages; and a luxury linen or genuine leather cover with custom debossing designs and calligraphy fonts, the outside of your album reflects the quality of the images inside.
Some of our albums are several years old, and they look like I just bought them. It’s not because they haven’t been well used (they’ve been passed through big hands and little hands alike), but it is because they are well made, and I stand behind their quality!
Something else that I like to mention, which is something I have seen as my own album collection grows, is that because you order custom designed and quality built albums through me, a library of your life begins to grow and live with you forever — all beautifully made and designed for you!
Sometimes we don’t have the time to sit down, shift through our photo gallery, and organize them in an intentional way. It’s a lot of work, but it’s even more work being newlyweds. Let me take on the tasks that I can, make your life a little easier, and your to-do list a little shorter!
I love creating an album that tells the story of your day. It is my goal to create an album that takes you through the events and emotions of your day in an authentic and honest way, so you can relive your wedding for years and years to come.
Because I am your photographer, I know who you are, the context behind the photos, and what your day actually looked like, and because of this, I’m able to show that in the design of your wedding album.
It’s important to me that your album is intentional, not over cluttered, and professionally done, so the photos remain impactful long after your hair has turned gray and your skin has started to wrinkle and so the kids and the grandkids can feel like they were at your wedding too.
I know that tasks, especially important ones that take time, can be put on the back burner, being constantly labeled as “something to do later.” Part of the reason I offer custom album design is to make sure that it actually gets done, that your photos are used, and that you will be able to enjoy them long after your wedding has passed.
I want you to be able to enjoy your gallery and fall in love with your images naturally, not to make it feel like a chore.
Offering albums is something close to my heart, and something I love to do for my couples, because of the memories I have looking through my parents’ albums.
Those memories are something I want your babies and grandbabies to be able to have, and I want you to be able to share your memories with them, growing close as a family around your images.
That’s one of the reasons I love what I do, so here’s to happy, long lives and photo albums in little hands!
